Your subscription. Your choices.

Peptide Cheat publishes research and industry reporting for adults aged 18 and over. Contact hello@peptidecheat.com for privacy enquiries, complaints, consent withdrawals or requests to exercise your rights.

Newsletter and commercial communications

We use your email address and subscription records to deliver the newsletter, administer your subscription and communicate with you. Where your recorded consent covers marketing, our emails may include our own and third-party products and services, paid publications, memberships, events, surveys, sponsorships, advertising and affiliate offers relating to science, health, fitness, wellness, longevity, technology and life sciences. We may receive fees or commissions, and identify commercial content and relevant relationships. Marketing is limited to lawful products, services and claims.

Separate permission for partner marketing and list sales

Newsletter signup alone does not authorise us to sell your email address or give it to another business for its own marketing. We may sell, license, rent or otherwise share your email address and the non-sensitive contact details specified in a separate consent request, for payment or another commercial benefit, only where we have obtained the permission required by applicable law. That request will identify the recipient businesses, their countries, the information involved and the purposes of their direct email marketing. You may refuse this optional permission and still subscribe. We will seek fresh consent if a proposed recipient or use is outside the permission you gave.

We do not treat this policy, a preselected box, continued website use or silence as consent to sell your information. We do not sell health information or health-related profiles, or provide them to partners for marketing under ordinary newsletter consent. A subscription or reading interest is not treated as proof of a medical condition.

Information we handle and why

Subscription data may include your email address, information you choose to provide, subscription status, signup source, preferences and consent or withdrawal records. Our email provider may also process IP address, device information and email opens or clicks under its settings and privacy policy. We use relevant service data to deliver and secure the publication, understand readership, improve content and administer consent and requests. We may use aggregated or de-identified audience statistics that do not reasonably identify you for editorial and commercial reporting.

Service providers and international processing

Signup and email delivery are handled by beehiiv. Hosting and email service providers process information as needed to provide their services; this is distinct from disclosure to a partner for its own marketing. See beehiiv’s privacy policy. Information may be processed in Australia, the United States and other countries used by those providers, as described in their current notices. Where Australian Privacy Principle 8 applies, we take reasonable steps required for overseas disclosures; these terms do not waive that protection. Any separate partner-marketing request will specify relevant overseas recipients.

Unsubscribe, withdraw consent and stop sales

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop our marketing, or email us. We action email opt-outs within five working days, without a fee or a requirement to create an account. Unsubscribing also stops future marketing sales or disclosures by us. You can separately withdraw partner-sharing permission while keeping the newsletter. We do not sell or transfer opted-out addresses for marketing; limited disclosure to a provider administering suppression is permitted. We retain a minimal suppression record to respect your choice. For information already lawfully disclosed, we will notify relevant recipients of your withdrawal where required; their own unsubscribe tools and legal obligations also apply.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out, email hello@peptidecheat.com with your subscriber email address and request. No account or fee is required. Do not include medical records or identity documents. We will not require you to opt into a sale to receive the free newsletter. Where applicable US state law grants access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal or opt-out rights, you may request these through the same contact. We may request proportionate verification for access or deletion. Applicable rights and Global Privacy Control signals take priority over any inconsistent permission; a signal is not treated as permission to sell. We will not deny rights granted by applicable law.

Retention, changes and business transfers

We retain subscription information while needed for the purposes described, and review it for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed. Consent evidence, suppression records, legal obligations and provider backup cycles may require longer retention. We may transfer necessary information with a genuine merger, acquisition or sale of the publication, subject to applicable law, existing permissions and required notices. A buyer receives no greater marketing rights than we hold. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not expand existing subscribers’ consent; materially different optional uses require fresh permission where required.

Website visits and external services

No advertising or analytics scripts have been added by the publisher. Hosting providers may process technical access data to deliver and protect the website. Browser session storage remembers dismissal of the newsletter bar. YouTube videos connect to YouTube when played. External links lead to third-party services with their own policies. Enquiry emails are used to respond to you. Please do not send sensitive health information.

Product and jurisdiction limits

Consent to marketing does not override Australian or US restrictions on therapeutic-goods advertising, product supply, privacy or consumer protection. Educational content is not individual medical or investment advice. These terms do not promise that every product can be promoted in every location.
